Welcome to Prahi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The Terms of Service govern your use of our websites, SaaS platforms, mobile applications and products, including KhaataPro and other business solutions. By accessing or using our Product, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our Products.
To access certain features of the Products, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.

Our Products are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing and payment terms provided at the time of purchase. Payments are due in advance of the subscription period.

All content, features and functionality of the Product (including but not limited to software, UI/UX designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and databases) are the exclusive property of Prahi Technologies or its licensors. These are protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.
No rights or licenses are granted to you except as expressly set forth in these Terms.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted Products, we do not guarantee continuous availability. We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Product at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm us, our users or third parties.
Termination does not affect provisions that should reasonably survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
OUR Products ARE PROVIDED ON "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free, secure or operate without interruptions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAHI TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prahi Technologies, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Product or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
